The Planning Committee met on Monday 4th and Tuesday 26th January and Monday 15th February 2010 to consider the following applications:-

09/00932/FUL 19 Station Road, Haddenham:  Alterations and extensions.  There were no objections.  

09/00944/PDR 41 Aldreth Road, Haddenham: Garage conversion.  There were no objections.  

10/00011/RMA Land adj 54 High Street, Aldreth: Detached dwelling and attached single garage.  There were no objections.

10/00028/FUL 50 Camping Close, Haddenham: Erect a PVCu conservatory to the rear of the property.  There were no objections.

10/00008/FUL Agricultural building between 88 and Maple Rise, Hillrow, Haddenham: Residential conversion of disused agricultural building and removal of grain silos and livestock buildings.  There were no objections in principle but the following conditions should be applied:

1.    The westerly lounge window should be obscured glass.
2.    The grass track to the West should still be protected.

The Parish Council would also recommend that, if in the future the owners intend to remove the old buildings at the front they should create separate accesses and improve the footpath adjacent to the old buildings.

10/00031/FUL The Old Granary adj 70 Hillrow, Haddenham: Revisions to approved planning permission

E/99/00861/FUL – Erection of single storey dwelling to replace outbuildings and two double garages. There were no objections.

10/00061/FUL Clay Pits Field, Sutton Road, Haddenham (Wayman’s Pits): Change of use from closed landfill site to recreation facility.  For information only the Parish Council was unable to comment on it’s own planning application.

09/00932/FUL 19 Station Road, Haddenham: Alterations and extensions (additional information relating to creation of side wall to balcony). For information only no response required.

Notes for information:  

Planning meetings are held on average every two weeks, according to the amount of plans received and timescale for replies.  All planning meetings are advertised on the Parish Council notice boards and are open to the public and press.

Copies of signed meeting minutes are available in the Library within two weeks of being approved and signed.
