The Aldreth Community Association is a registered charity, whose main purpose is to manage and maintain the Aldreth Village Centre. It is run by a committee of local volunteers, who are appointed by the residents of Aldreth at the annual general meeting each October. All village residents are welcome to attend the AGM, where the committee reports on activities over the last year, and future plans for the hall and village events; they also provide a report on the Association’s finances. The AGM provides an opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and chat to neigbours over a drink.
